Consider us for your next tournament. We have a complete catering service available that can provide everything from great tasting BBQ's to gourmet buffets. Our banquet hall can be set to accommodate fully served meals. The hall is equipped with a PA and sound system, as well as a dance floor. Both the snack bar and banquet hall are fully licensed.

Tournament Details

• Contract: When the details for your golf outing have been finalized you will be forwarded a "Facility Rental Agreement" . Please read through, make any corrections, sign and return to the office either by mail or fax.
• Please note pertinent deadlines - 10 days prior for maximum numbers for golf, 3 days prior for firm numbers for golf and meals. We suggest you establish a closing date for entries into your event at least 10 days prior. Insist on entry fee to be paid in advance to tournament chairperson or delegate to avoid having to pay for no shows. Please note details regarding payment, cancellation, responsibilities and liability.
• Deposit: 50% of the total estimated fee for your event is due at least 1 month before the date of your event. The balance of the golf outing must be paid in full at the office before the first tee time. We invoice based on the final numbers given 3 days before unless the actual number of participants is higher.
• Dress Code: It is your responsibility to ensure all golfers are aware of and conform to dress code regulations.
• Starting Sheets: Starting sheets will be forwarded to you with your golf contract. Use them to set up your foursomes and return by fax to the course with FIRST AND LAST names (no "nicknames" please) at least one day prior to the event. Ensure all participants arrive 30 minutes prior to their starting time.
• Scoring and Pro Shop Rentals: Arrangements for scoring, rental clubs, pull carts and any prizes to be bought for your tournament can be made with the Pro directly at 519-741-2939 (Doon Valley) or 519-741-2949 (Rockway).
• Food & Beverage
  We provide food, beverage, vending and catering services for all your needs and therefore absolutely no outside food or beverage is permitted on the premises. Please read through the Rules and Regulations for our Alcohol Policy - it is your responsibility to ensure all golfers are aware of and conform to this policy. • Rain Policy
  Your group must show up the day of the event regardless of the weather conditions. If a meal has been arranged, it will be served however the scheduled meal time may change. We will bill for golf and carts according to the number of holes played in a rainout.
